B.L.A.T

The b.l.t has got to be one of my all time favorite sandos. With a plethora of delicious goodness stacked a mile high whats not to like? Well, I decided to take it up a notch,  and add a few additional items to the stack.

Ingredients:

Focaccia Bread {freshly baked is the best!}

 3-4 Strips Thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked

1 Leaf Romaine Lettuce

1 Half Avocado {sliced Length-wise}

3 Tomatos slices

1 Tbsp Mayo

1/2 Tbsp Sriracha

Directions: 

Sriracha Mayo: 

Combine 1 Tbsp mayo with 1/2 Tbsp sriracha  this can be adjusted depending on your heat tolerance.  

 Start assembling  sandwich by slicing your bread and spreading spicy mayo on both halves. Top with lettuce, bacon, tomato and avocado. Cut in half and enjoy!
