March Beauty Favorites

Happy April 1st, I'm not that sly so I won't be playing any tricks on you- just sharing my March beauty must-haves. I've decided to bring back my monthly beauty favorites. I know personally, I always like to read reviews from the bloggers I follow, so why not share my own. As of late I've been reverting back to old favorites {Soap & Glory} as well as checking out new brands and products.

MAC Lipstick & Lipliner | Pink Pearl Pop & In Anticipation

Is it just me or do you ever feel like your lips look bare after not wearing lipstick for awhile? If you've been following my blog you'll know I'm definitely no stranger to bold and bright colors, and when it comes to my go-to shades they are almost always from MAC. I picked this pair up on a trip to Nordstrom, which of course lead me to buy things I wasn't even there for. This color is a great pink that allows you to build up the brightness, or keep it neutral with just a swipe or two. I love the consistency of these cremesheen lipsticks and especially love how they keep your lips hydrated and stain-free. For a more bold, long-lasting look pair it with the Pro Longerwear liner.

Soap & Glory | Righteous Body Butter

For the record if you have never smelled this lotion do yourself a favor and do! I honestly don't know how to describe it, but it reminds me of a floral clean smell {which may be an odd description}. Aside from the incredible scent this lotion does wonders for your skin! It pretty much all I used for a few years, but when Sephora stopped carrying it at their downtown store I couldn't find it anywhere! Luckily, they now carry several Soap & Glory product and I am hooked once again.

Butter London | Trout-Pout

I consider myself a bit of a polish junkie, and always seem to have my nails painted. Because, I change colors so often, I prefer to purchase polish that is long-lasting and doesn't chip. Butter London makes incredible colors and they look fabulous on a dressing table!

Hask Haircare | Keratin Shampoo & Conditioner

I received a few products from Hask is try out back in the end of February.  I did an initial review here, but wanted to give the line a full month to see if I really liked it. I have long thick hair so its crucial that I use a product that helps keep care of my ends and prevent further breakage. I highly recommend the Keratin collection, my hair is not only fuller but, now has so much more sheen than it used to. Oh, and it smells amazing!

DOVE | Dry Shampoo

For the record, I do NOT wash my hair every day. Having thick hair can be a real pain when you tend to have oily hair the day after washing. I've used several different brand {Oribe Texture & Oscar Blandi} and while I love them they can add up quick! I wanted to find a more affordable option, that would still get the job done without making my hair feel heavy. I will say that the powdery formula will appear very light when used on dark hair, but, don't let this discourage you. A quick work-though with a paddle brush will blend everything in! Kudos to Dove for creating a product that is not only affordable but actually gets the job done

Harvey Prince | Cherie Blossom
