Bold, patterned or white, I live for cotton tees. They are not only a wardrobe necessity but, also the perfect canvas for creating a look. With that said, all cotton shirts are not created equally! For me comfort and fit are a major must-have. They should be soft on the skin, have a small amount of stretch but also keep their shape. Banana Republic carries the softest fabrics- {seriously, try the sun-washed shirts} and their cotton basics are some of my favorites. I love this polka-dot version with sheer detailed sleeves, it pairs perfectly with just about anything and is a great print to have in your closet.
