Know your Wand

Beauty companies are constantly coming out with the latest and greatest mascaras. Most often, these over-promise a look that resembles long full *false* lashes. I've tried more mascaras than I'd like to admit, and over the years I've grown to limit the products I try and focus in on the wand. Most of us have a go-to brands and products that we swear by, whether it be $40 or $5, the results are tried and true.

1. Maybelline Great Lash - An old school favorite, and one of my first mascaras ever! The slightly tapered wand is great for thickening thiner lashes, and delivers a clump-free result.

2. Dior Diorshow - Pricey, but well worth the investment. The curved brush hugs lashes and adds volume and curl without using a eyelash curler.

3. CoverGirl LashBlast Volume - One of the first rubber-bristle mascara I tried. The wand is great for separating thin lashes and build volume after a few swipes.

4. BENEFIT They're Real! - Yes, they are! This has to be my favorite all-in-one mascara. The brush lengthens, curls and lifts lashes with it's domed tip.

5. Lancome Definicils - The grooved bristles separate and shape lashes to add full volume!

6. L'Oreal® Voluminous Million Lashes - My all-time favorite drugstore mascaras. The wand keeps lashes looking long and full- the perfect combination!

7. GIVENCHY Phenomen'Eyes - The best sphere brush on the market. The round wand allows for easy application and adds great curl to top and bottom lashes.

What is your go-to mascara?
