Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

Nothing is more refreshing than starting off the day with a nutrient packed smoothie! The combinations are endless, and everything from fruit to veggies to nuts can be incorporated into the mix. 

Ingredients: (makes 1 large smoothie)

4-6 Frozen Strawberries, halved

1 C Fresh Pineapple, sliced 

1 C Fresh Mango Juice 

1/4 C Greek Yogurt, Pineapple or Plain

1-2 Ice Cubes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a personal or regular size blender, pulse until smooth consistency.
