Theres no drink that screams San Francisco summer more than a Strawberry Fields from the Tipsy Pig. Theres just something about the combination of fresh pureed strawberries, lime juice, vodka, and of course a side of fog that makes this drink an absolute treat. If you hadn't had the pleasure of enjoying this deliciously crafted beverage, then follow the simple-steps below to recreate your own!

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Vodka (premium)
• 1/4 C of Puréed Fresh Strawberries
• 2 Fresh Lime (for juicing and wheel slicing)
• 1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
• 2/3 C Soda Water

Directions:

Begin with fresh strawberries pureed or muddled. I prefer a puree over a muddle, as often times a muddle won't break down the strawberries enough. Add 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice and 2-3 lime wheels to your glass. Combine simple syrup, vodka, and stir. Finish and till with soda water.
