The recipe is a synch and really only incorporates a few key ingredients.
Whipped Topping:
Makes 4-5 Servings
½ Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Red Food Coloring
Heart Cookie Cutter
Directions:
Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixer with a whisk attachment. Turn on medium to high speed and whip until stiff peaks form.
Transfer whipped cream into a container lined with parchment paper. Smooth cream with a spatula and add a few drops of red food coloring. Using a knife or toothpick drag coloring in a swirl pattern.
Place dish into the freezer until firm, about 4 ½ hours. Once firm, pull from the freezer and take out parchment. Using the cookie cutter, cut heart shapes and set aside for Irish Coffee.
