What better way to celebrate the end of winter than with a snow-filled vacation to Park City, Utah! We had booked the trip months ago for my brother-in-laws 40th birthday celebration, which also happened to fall on St. Patricks Day weekend. I had never been to Park City before, although I've always wanted to go to Sundance! Neither Kev or I are big skiers so we took the time to relax, shop around downtown and of course enjoy plenty of food and beverages. Among the standouts were High West Distillery, Boneyard Saloon & Wine Dive, and Handle!
