Sonoma Pear Salad

I've found myself enjoying more frequent smaller meals throughout the day. This pear salad recipe came from my parents, who are always trying to re-create recipes they have other places. We usually have it as a side salad, but it's perfect for a light lunch!

Ingredients:
  • Pears
  • Mixed Greens
  • Parmesano Reggiano
  • Red Onion
  • Candid Walnuts
Dressing:
  • Italian seasoning packet {found near salad dressings}
  • Raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • Rice wine Vinegar
Directions:

Start by prepping your toppings, thinly slice pears and red onion, next, chop candid walnuts. Set aside and prepare you dressing follow the recipe on the back of the Italian seasoning packet. Instead of using all vinegar, use half balsamic, half rice wine vinegar.

Mix greens, walnuts, onions, and parmesan with dressing in a bowl. Transfer salad to serving dish and arrange sliced pears.
Enjoy,

Birdie
