What to Wear to a Winery

Ah, wine country, who doesn’t love to enjoy a perfectly chilled glass of savvy-B with views of endless vineyards in the distance? If you've every been to the Napa Valley or another wine region you know the feeling of complete relaxation of enjoyment that comes with the visit. I’ve been lucky enough to live within driving distance of the Napa Valley and can attest to these feelings. Although, one or two girls trip may have won’t up with too many toasting of champagne I still can’t get enough of it.

Depending on what time of year you're visiting it’s always a blast to plan your outfit. Kevin and I recently had the chance to stay in Calistoga (see hotel here) and I was determined to find the perfect line-up of outfits. This area of California gets extremely warm in the summertime. So although a long cotton maxi dress may seem like a fashionable idea, it's not always the best solution. Keep things breathable, comfortable and stylish by opting for a crepe or cotton midi or short dress. I ended up wearing for this burnt-red dress by Elizabeth and James, with simple acessories. The hem hit right at my calves are so couldn’t have been better for the 90-degree temp
