To me nothing is quite as refreshing as an iced tea on a hot afternoon, especially when it’s done with a twist. This season I’m infusing a new favorite, Pique Tea, with a classic peach bellini.

I’m so excited to finally be able to share with you what I’ve been dropping hints about all month. During our stay in Kentucky, we had the pleasure of experiencing the kick-off of what will be a five-city tour to crown the ultimate bourbon cocktail craftsman. As a bourbon lover and general cocktail connoisseur (as in consumer)  seeing the four contestants battle to create the ‘top cocktail’ was an absolute blast!
