Late Night Shopping
Too many glasses of vino on a Friday night can lead to miscellaneous Zara boxes popping up on your doorstep the following week. I'm not one to get rid of too many good things, and often times my best finds are all thanks to a little late night shopping. This coat just happens to be one of them. I had been looking for a replacement for a trench, which had unfortunately seen its last days. What I really wanted was a classic silhouette similar to that of the packaway by Burberry. I figured I'd save for what I really wanted and in the meantime purchase something more affordable.
This style actually happened to be on sale so pulling the trigger (or mouse) was a no brainer. The overall look is much more of a swing silhouette, with gold hardware and a creamy tan color. It's pieces like these that end up being staples year after year in my closet! I believe the Zara sale is still going - and there is plenty of great pieces left!
