Casual Friday, First Day of Fall
Happy first day of fall! After a week of warm-up here in San Francisco, I’m not sure if I’m ready for the new season ahead, or yearning for the last days of summers. During the late summer, Kev and I made a point to take a few weekly evening walks to watch the sunset, and also walk off dinner. One of my favorite things about this time of year are the beautiful sunrise and sunsets that we’ve been having. It’s these little things that make our walks so special. The only thing that tends to be a damper is the cooler weather.
When we shot this look when it was particularly breezy, and very chilly! I love a long sweater, and this duster style was perfect for the cool evening. I paired the sweater with like tones by wearing a casual heathered shirt and velvet pants. The look is full of texture and pretty perfect for this time of year.
